After spending years leading tech teams and building websites, I took over management of D and D, LLC, a family-owned real estate investment and management company. Our mission is to love human beings by providing high-quality environments where they can live, work, and thrive.

I also offer my services as a business management consultant to small businesses. I get a little obsessed with crafting winning processes and seeing them bring efficiency, harmony, and ultimately joy to teams.

Although I love crafting processes, my favorite part of my job is getting to spend time investing in my direct reports and watching them grow as professionals and, more importantly, as humans.
